WFS indicators lease for brand new pharma-ready cargo hub in Lyon

Worldwide Flight Providers (WFS), a SATS firm, has introduced it has taken a 20-year lease on a brand new state-of-the-art air cargo terminal at Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport (LYS), with operations scheduled to start in summer time 2026.

Strategically situated within the CargoPort zone on the Aéroport de Lyon DC1 web site, the 25,313 sqm facility sits adjoining to the runway and contains 19,133 sqm of warehouse area, 2,441 sqm of cover, and 4,400 sqm of GDP-compliant temperature-controlled storage.
