We’re searching for a hands-on and detail-oriented UAS Technician to affix our group in supporting the construct and manufacture of Group 3 Unmanned Plane Programs (UAS). This position is essential within the meeting, integration, and testing of plane and related floor help tools, guaranteeing excessive requirements of high quality and efficiency. The best candidate may have expertise in mechanical meeting, wiring, system integration, and troubleshooting.

Key Tasks

· Assemble Group 3 UAS platforms and related subsystems from parts to totally useful programs.

· Manufacture, combine, and take a look at UAS airframes, payloads, avionics, propulsion, and floor management tools.

· Carry out wiring and mechanical integration following engineering drawings, meeting directions, and commonplace working procedures.

· Construct and modify wiring harnesses in keeping with engineering drawings, guaranteeing all connections are dependable and meet mission specs.

· Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software program points throughout meeting and testing utilizing devices such as multimeters and oscilloscopes. 

· Software program Configuration: Configure firmware and parameters and calibrate plane programs.

· Assist useful checks, system-level integration, and floor testing of plane and GSE (Floor Assist Tools).

· Doc meeting processes, modifications, and upkeep actions precisely and clearly.

· Work carefully with engineering, manufacturing, and flight operations groups to make sure programs are constructed to specification and supply timelines are met.

· Keep a clear, organized, and protected work atmosphere.

Required {Qualifications}

· Highschool diploma or equal (technical college or affiliate’s diploma in a associated area most well-liked).

· 2+ years of expertise in UAS, aerospace, aviation, or associated technical manufacturing fields.

· Arms-on expertise with mechanical and electrical meeting, soldering, crimping, and routing.

· Familiarity with UAS programs, avionics, sensors, energy programs, and GSE parts.

· Potential to learn and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

· Sturdy consideration to element and dedication to high quality.

· Potential to carry 50 lbs and work in manufacturing/warehouse environments.

· U.S. Citizenship required; eligibility for DoD clearance could also be most well-liked relying on the position.

Most well-liked {Qualifications}

· Expertise working with Group 2–3 UAS platforms or small tactical UAS programs.

· Data of composite airframe development and restore.

· IPC certification (e.g., soldering or wire harnessing requirements).

· Expertise utilizing ERP programs and documenting construct processes.

Wage: $24.00 – $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

● 8 hour shift

● Day shift

● Monday to Friday

Potential to commute/relocate/journey for work. 

● Phoenix, AZ 85024: Reliably commute or planning to relocate earlier than beginning work (Required)
